FIRST STEP

FILL IN THE REGISTRATION FORM

To ensure efficient organization and, above all, the utmost safety of the children during the Basketball Camp, we have prepared a dedicated online form.

Filling out the form is necessary and mandatory before proceeding with payment and allows us to collect all essential information, including health documentation and any medical reports, acceptance of terms and conditions and privacy policy, important organizational information, and the choice and possible purchase of additional services.

All collected data will be processed in full compliance with current privacy regulations and used exclusively for the proper management of the Camp.

Therefore, we invite you to carefully fill out all parts of the form: once completed correctly, you can proceed with payment without any problems and definitively confirm your registration.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

At checkout, you can choose how to complete the payment for your CAMP registration:

1. Payment of the total cart amount
By paying the full amount immediately, you will complete the registration in a single solution, including any additional services selected.

2. Payment of a €200 deposit
Alternatively, you can confirm your booking by paying a €200 deposit.
After the deposit payment, our staff will contact you directly to provide you with all the necessary information for the balance of the remaining amount, which must be completed one week before the start of the CAMP.

It is possible to pay in cash upon arrival at the CAMP; in this case, we kindly ask you to notify us in advance via SMS or email for organizational reasons.

PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
If the CAMP cost is €580 and you add an additional service (e.g., TO.BE Recovery Set) for €30, the total cart will be €610.
By paying a €200 deposit, you will then be contacted by our staff for the balance of the remaining €410, to be paid before the start of the CAMP.

THINGS TO KNOW

  • Children will be supervised and monitored for the entire duration of the camp
  • Doctor, physiotherapist and trainer will always be available
  • Laundry service available, single wash cost 3 euros
  • Bring a water bottle
  • You need to bring towels from home
  • Bring basketball shoes and trainers
  • Mountain-appropriate clothing is recommended
  • During the camp, challenges with prizes will be organized
  • Use of phones is prohibited during activities

ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIES INCLUDED IN THE PRICE

During the week, numerous activities will be organized, ranging from ping-pong tournaments and outdoor soccer matches to a day at the swimming pool and an orienteering competition led by a true professional.

TABLE TENNIS AND TABLE FOOTBALL TOURNAMENTS

A moment of play, challenge, and pure fun: the ping pong and foosball tournaments are designed to involve everyone, stimulate team spirit, and experience the energy of competition in a lighthearted and convivial atmosphere. Amidst exciting matches and lots of laughs, it will be the perfect opportunity to get involved and share the pleasure of being together. 🏓

LEISURE TIME

DAY AT THE DOBBIACO LIDO

A day dedicated to relaxation and fun at Lido di Dobbiaco: pool, sun and leisure time to recharge your batteries and enjoy time together. Between swimming, games and laughter, it will be the ideal opportunity to enjoy a carefree experience of summer and togetherness. 🌊

COMPETITION

ORIENTEERING COMPETITION

An immersive experience of nature and adventure: the Orienteering race will test orientation, logic, and team spirit. Guided by a professional, participants will tackle a challenging course set in a natural environment, turning every challenge into an opportunity for growth, collaboration, and fun. 🌲

LEISURE TIME

LAKE TOUR

A moment of discovery and relaxation immersed in nature: a visit to Lake Dobbiaco offers the opportunity to walk along its shores, breathe fresh air, and enjoy one of the most picturesque landscapes in the area. A regenerating experience, perfect for slowing down and sharing the beauty of the alpine environment together. 🌿

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should the withdrawal notification be received at least 30 days before the chosen session, the participant is entitled to a refund of the fee paid, with the exception of the €50 administration fee and any insurance cancellation charges.

After this deadline, the organization reserves the right to apply a 60% deduction to partially cover the costs incurred. Once started, the fee already paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
