GIOVANNI LOMBARDO
I was born in Varese in '97.
My academic journey led me to become a clinical and sports kinesiologist for preventive and adapted motor activities, with a master's degree in Exercise Science obtained from Insubria University (Varese) and San Raffaele University (Rome).
Today, I am an athletic trainer specializing in sports performance development and injury prevention in football, but I also work with athletes from various disciplines and at all levels, adopting a personalized approach that combines technical expertise, attention to the individual, and a passion for movement.
I am a lover of all types of sports, although I played football for over 20 years, competing in various competitive and stimulating environments: from a professional youth sector at Varese Calcio up to the Primavera league, and then continuing in senior football between Serie D and Lombardy's Eccellenza league. This journey shaped me both as an athlete in sports and as a person from a human perspective, so much so that the principles I firmly believe in are based on the value of discipline, determination, and perseverance, as well as the importance of teamwork.
Currently, I also work as a Physical Education teacher at school: a role that allows me to share my vision of sport and movement with young people, contributing to their growth with responsibility and enthusiasm.
On this website, I share some of the projects I collaborate on and the experiences I continue to build in the field. I identify with TO.BE, being a spokesperson for a way of experiencing sport that looks to values to achieve results. I am proud to have like-minded people by my side, such as the members of this association.
